Jillian is a Graduate Research Associate with the Kirwan Institute. She completed a B.A. in Sociology and Economics at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 2006 and is currently in the Master's program for City and Regional Planning at The Ohio State University. Jillian previously worked with the South Milwaukee Community Development Authority.
